Meet Kasey Loidolt-

Experienced Mental Health Counselor
In difficult or changing times, we all need support and someone to help us make sense of things. Kasey is trained in therapy practices and has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Additionally she has spent years practicing and learning about a variety of other modalities. Her mission lies in helping people in difficult times and changing times.
Kasey works to help others find and build on strengths, make sense of life’s ups and downs, and tune into their internal wisdom to reduce suffering and live life with more ease.
Originally from Minnesota, Kasey moved to Asheville, NC, in 2014. She holds an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work. With a rich background working in diverse settings with children and families, Kasey specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), perinatal support, and positive psychology. She employs a personalized approach to help clients achieve their goals.
